Free Shipping to Continental United States

Llebroc is pleased to offer free shipping on all items to locations within the continental United States. Please note that this offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Llebroc has a team dedicated to logistics to ensure each shipment is arranged at the lowest possible cost, most dependable, and timeliest carriers.

Trade Accounts - For OEM customers we offer a variety of shipping options including parcel, freight, LTL and full truckloads with negotiated rates. Optionally, our teams can work with OEM logistics to arrange pick-up and shipments with their preferred carriers. All Shipments are FOB Fort Worth Texas unless arranged otherwise.  Transit times vary depending on numerous factors, but tracking and Bill of Lading information will be provided at the time of shipment. Terms are typically PP&A unless arranged prior to shipment or as a pre-approved condition of the account. Shipping terms should be provided at the time of PO to ensure proper scheduling. All shipments should be inspected and counted upon delivery for any damage or inaccuracies. Errors or damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery to allow claims and corrective measures to be initiated.

Llebroc offers shipping and logistic services worldwide. Working with international shippers and freight forwarders ensures best movement of your orders across the globe.

Retail Customers - Llebroc is able to offer both parcel (UPS or FedEx) or freight carriers (XPO, Yellow etc.) to retail customers. The size and weight of most orders will determine the method of shipping. All shipping charges are calculated and charged prior to shipment. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. A phone number and contact information is required on all freight shipments to both residential and commercial addresses. If consignee is not available at time of delivery, arrangements must be made with carrier. Carrier reserves the right to place undeliverable shipments in storage and will likely require additional charges to re-arrange delivery.

Delivery dates and transit times will vary depending on many factors including distance, carrier route, weather, holidays, size, and service selected. Tracking and Bill of Lading information will be provided at the time of shipment. All shipments should be inspected and counted upon delivery for any damage or inaccuracies. Errors or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery to allow claims and corrective measures to be initiated. Please contact our Warranty / Returns department for authorization to return product for repair, warranty, or credit. RMA number must be visible on the side of the box or pallet. Return deliveries without a visible RMA cannot be accepted and could result in the loss of your product. Lost or damaged shipment claims must be filed through the carrier.

International Shipping Policies

All International Shipments are shipped DDU. All Overseas Shipment Freight will be quoted door to port of entry. We will no longer quote door to door due to the difficulty and time needed to get door to door quotes. Duties and Custom charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Certificate of Origin – Some destinations require a Certificate of Origin (CO) for certain commodities. The purpose of the CO is to authenticate the country of origin of the merchandise being shipped. The CO may be required because of established Treaty arrangements, varying duty rates, and preferential duty treatment dependent on the shipment’s origin. The CO verifies the country in which the goods were manufactured. The commodity being exported and its destination determine if the CO is required.

Note: The rules for when a CO is needed change often. Please be sure to verify the current criteria requiring a CO before sending your shipment.

Legalization – Documents issued in one country which need to be used in another country must be 'authenticated' or 'legalized' before they can be recognized as valid in the foreign country. This is a process in which various seals are placed on the document.
